ordered blinds with these people. the lady was a disaster from … More the start. once the blinds actually came, they had ability to program them and the lady informed us it was up to us to provide the control mechanism to make them work. much like selling a car with no engine she insisted this was up to us. after much back and forth and severe lack of education, she realized she was incorrect. beyond this she sold us a blind for a room that had no business being sold for the application. it was so heavy for a sliding door it couldn't be lifted without fiddling around side to side. upon discussing this we were told they would help us when we bought more blinds for the rest of the home and provide a pull to help get blinds that were out of reach that had no real access. the pull wasn't provided after asking multiple times and obviously there is no further business. we have replaced the horrible blinds with other ones from another company at Benjamin Moore and window coverings. they were great so we would sugggest that you use anyone but okanagan blinds if you want actually what you pay for since these are not cheap. super disappointed with empty promises. they had the money already and didn't care, didn't offer to replace the horrible blinds, but only to blame the sales rep they had separated from. She truly was a disaster, but i the represented the company and they didn't correct this issue.
